Purchasing technician

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
ISGlobal is looking for a Purchasing technician responsible for managing purchase requisitions such as invoice register management, as well as supporting other departmental functions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage purchase requisitions.
- Prepare and manage purchase orders.
- Track orders (from requisition to delivery).
- Identify and register new suppliers.
- Request bids and quotations.
- Manage and resolve incidents.
- Maintain purchasing and supplier records up to date.
- Prepare monthly reports.
- Ensure compliance with the company's procurement policies and procedures.
- Administrative support in contracting.

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
- Educational background: Professional training in Administration, Degree in Business Administration.
- Experience: at least 2 years of purchasing experience is desirable.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
- ERP SBO, SAP R3
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of contracting legislation
LANGUAGE LEVEL
- Catalan and Spanish.
- English (B2)
CONDITIONS
- Duration: Indefinite
- Starting date: As soon as possible
- Contract: Full time
- Salary Range: Technician II D or C (Depending on qualifications)

SELECTION PROCESS
The selection process is designed in two phases:
1- Interview phase of a technical nature, with the team that requires the incorporation. To assess the person's skills and CV.
2 - Meeting with HR with the finalist(s) to finish assessing the profile and discuss contractual and institutional issues.
If needed any technical test could be passed. A Psychological Competency Evaluation Test will be required for the structural or transversal positions.
In accordance with the OTM-R principles, a gender-balanced recruitment panel is formed for every vacancy at the beginning of the process. After reviewing the content of the applications, the panel will start the interviews, with at least one technical and one administrative interview. A profile questionnaire as well as a technical exercise may be required during the process.
