Senior Analyst and Development Technician

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
ISGlobal is looking for a Technician with more than 10 years of experience in sustainability and development project consultancy to support the development and analysis departments in proposal development, take on SDG-related projects, both internal and external, including the functions of analysis and proposal development and identification of funding entities.
This position will also provide continuity to the consultancy projects underway with the Diputació de Barcelona for the construction of a center for innovation in public policies and services.
It will support the Department Director in the relations with local entities in Catalonia and the analysis area in the elaboration of studies on development and sustainability.
Extensive experience in the elaboration of development project proposals and technical assistance is required. It will be financed by the department's projects.

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 10 years of experience in development and sustainability issues
LANGUAGE LEVEL
- Spanish, English and Catalan at a professional level are required.
CONDITIONS

- Starting date: 15 July 2025
- Contract: Part time 50%

SELECTION PROCESS
The selection process is designed in two phases:
1- Interview phase of a technical nature, with the team that requires the incorporation. To assess the person's skills and CV.
2 - Meeting with HR with the finalist(s) to finish assessing the profile and discuss contractual and institutional issues.
If needed any technical test could be passed. A Psychological Competency Evaluation Test will be required for the structural or transversal positions.
In accordance with the OTM-R principles, a gender-balanced recruitment panel is formed for every vacancy at the beginning of the process.
