Consortium Manager for GOLIAT project

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a part-time project manager to join our young, dynamic team in radiation research. The candidate will be responsible of the planning, the execution and monitoring, and the closing and evaluation of the GOLIAT project, in coordination with the management team. GOLIAT (“5G expOsure, causaL effects, and rIsk perception through citizen engAgemenT”) is a 5-years Horizon Europe project (grant number 101057262) coordinated by ISGobal. The overarching aim of GOLIAT is to characterize and monitor RF-EMF exposure, in particular 5G, provide novel insights into potential causal neuropsychological and biological effects, and understand risk perception and communication through citizen engagement using an integrative and transdisciplinary pan-European approach.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordination of the consortium partners to facilitate the implementation of the project
Technical and financial monitoring
Ensuring proper implementation of research activities
SPECIFIC DUTIES
Create detailed work plans that identify and organize the activities.
Participate in follow-up meetings with all consortium partners and encourage communication and collaboration between team members.
Review technical and financial reporting
Control the project budget and ensure the proper use of funds
Prepare written reports for the funder
Provide logistical support to doctoral students participating in the project.

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
University degree (equal to 4 years of college) or equivalent
Excellent command of English is required
Excellent computer skills. Experience working with project management tool
Experience in managing is an advantage OR experience working on a large multi-faceted project
LANGUAGE LEVEL
Proficiency in English.
CONDITIONS
Duration: 15 months
Starting date: Feb 2026
Contract Type: Part time
Salary: According to ISGlobal internal salary scale

SELECTION PROCESS
The selection process is designed in two phases:
1- Interview phase of a technical nature, with the team that requires the incorporation. To assess the person's skills and CV.
2 - Meeting with HR with the finalist(s) to finish assessing the profile and discuss contractual and institutional issues.
If needed any technical test could be passed. A Psychological Competency Evaluation Test will be required for the structural or transversal positions.
In accordance with the OTM-R principles, a gender-balanced recruitment panel is formed for every vacancy at the beginning of the process. A profile questionnaire as well as a technical exercise may be required during the process.
