WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
ISGlobal is seeking a data manager and analyst with expertise on birth cohort’s data and, in particular, with environmental exposures and neurodevelopmental outcomes, to join our young and dynamic team in child-health. The overall goal of the BiSC project (https://www.projectebisc.org/) is to understand the effects of pre and postnatal exposure to air pollution on child brain development. Under the new funding that the BiSC project obtained through La Marató de TV3, we are now in the process of analysing the data. TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
Studies on biology, public health, data analysis, bioinformatics, psychology or related fields.
Expertise in similar projects and duties.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge or previous experience on analyzing data from birth cohorts, and in particular, expertise managing data on environmental exposures (air pollution, green spaces) and standardized tests to evaluate child development such as Merril-Palmer, BRIEF-P, CBCL and other neurodevelopment tests will be highly valued.
Previous experience in research is a plus.
LANGUAGE LEVEL
Catalan, Spanish, and English written and spoken.

Salary range: 23.582€ gross annual

SELECTION PROCESS
The selection process is designed in two phases:
1- Interview phase of a technical nature, with the team that requires the incorporation. To assess the person's skills and CV.
2 - Meeting with HR with the finalist(s) to finish assessing the profile and discuss contractual and institutional issues.
If needed any technical test could be passed. A Psychological Competency Evaluation Test will be required for the structural or transversal positions.
In accordance with the OTM-R principles, a gender-balanced recruitment panel is formed for every vacancy at the beginning of the process. After reviewing the content of the applications, the panel will start the interviews, with at least one technical and one administrative interview. A profile questionnaire as well as a technical exercise may be required during the process.
