Deliver regular impact training sessions and provide ongoing support to all staff, including tools to track activities and monitor impact over time.
Map research projects with high impact potential to inform the development of impact narratives (case studies).
Develop and implement online tools that enable research teams to document dissemination activities, exploitation efforts, and engagement with key stakeholders — with particular attention to projects identified as case study candidates.
